Stationery

The capability of having different kinds of data within a single application. For example, the ability to display text notes, checklists, and outlines in the Notepad application. Stationery also facilitates the viewing of the same data in different ways — such as the “Card” and “All Info” views in the Name File application.

Implementing stationery involves writing data definitions and view definitions.
